Ban on New Admissions in University of Lakki Marwat
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, during its inspection on September 21, 2023, found serious irregularities at the University of Lakki Marwat, resulting in a ban on new admissions and affiliations. Stakeholders are advised against seeking admission or affiliation with the university. Additionally, a nationwide ban on new affiliations for all public sector universities has already been announced.
